Cant log in to my account
*not sure if this is the right place to post*
So...two days ago everything was working great. Then yesterday morning i could not log on to my account.I can get to my character screen but if i try to play one i get this message:
"Your connection to the server was lost. Please check your connection(Code 007)"
So i thought my connection was just being stupid and left it and played something else(Other games worked fine)
Now it's the second day and it still isn't working BUT i have no problem running my brother's account.I can log in and everything works fine.As an experiment i duel cliented and ran both my account and his at the same time.
My account got 007 and his went in
I didn't change anything between the time it was working and the time it decided to start doing this
Any help would be appreciated

Check your internet connection/network card. It has to be a hardware fault.

Tut, been out on the razzle again, Mal? He said he'd dual-cliented and that other internet-reliant apps work fine - that rules out hardware, dunnit?
Sigh, techs ain't what they used to be.
It's still an odd scenario, though. If your brother's account can connect through YOUR client, then there's nothing wrong with your client. There is just a problem connecting to your specific account. It's not hardware or software - sounds like an account problem to me. Never heard of an Err07 occurring with a dud account though...

open a ticket with GW support if you haven't already, they should be able to help you out.
have you tried just loading 1 client and logging onto another account, rather than dual loading, as it could be your original client that is at fault.

What has happened in the past is when i tried to log in to mine straight after an update and forgot to click the firewall window that pops up it blocked it for a straight second and that caused after a while a 007 aswell
My buddy could log in with his acc on this pc, however it was all solved when i reinstalled GW cleared the registry with registry mechanic and deleted the dat file.
That's probably the problem an error with the account details which are stored in the dat file
Hope this helps, greetings Cyb3r
